Celje, October 22, 2025 – The French-Slovenian Business Club successfully convened a high-level Defence Round Table at Slovenia’s inaugural international defence exhibition, SIDEC 2025.
The event, held on October 22nd at 14:00 in Hall C1 of Celjski sejem, brought together government officials and defence industry leaders from both nations to discuss critical areas of bilateral cooperation.

Slovenian representatives included leaders from C-Astral (unmanned aerial systems), Arctur (advanced computing and AI), Guardiaris (simulation and training systems), and Matej Miklavčič representing GOIS, ARMAS, and DOVOS provided insights on business development and internationalization support.
French participation featured Frédéric Adelaide, Senior Sales Manager at Safran Electronics & Defense, and Alban Des Courtils from KNDS France. The presence of French Ambassador Fabienne Runyo underscored the strategic importance of strengthening Franco-Slovenian defence ties.
