On 22 April, the French Ambassador to Slovenia, H.E. Fabienne Runyo, conferred the insignia of Knight of the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Mérite) upon Mr Ivan Loizeau, Director of the Centre for Intermodal Services for South-East Europe at CMA-CGM and Counsellor for Foreign Trade of France (CCE) for Slovenia.
The distinction honours a career defined by exceptional commitment to Franco-Slovenian economic relations and a tireless dedication to fostering cooperation between the two countries. In her address, Ambassador Runyo eloquently summarised the significance of this recognition:
“Ivan Loizeau, you embody a certain vision of France. A France open to the world. An innovative France. A committed France. A France that believes in the power of exchange and cooperation between nations.”
